Spam regulation

Despite all measures taken so far, the Linux Counter more and more receives spam again. To not spend our time cleaning mailboxes, as of this very moment another spam regulation measure has been activated. Linux Counter mailboxes will no longer accept emails containing images. Image extensions are added to the set of banned file extensions.
